The first patient was enrolled in the WARRIORS trial on February 10, 2026 at Imperial College, London.

UAB Consents First Patient to Warriors Trial

The University of Alabama at Birmingham consented the first patient to WARRIORS-USA on August 21, 2026.

Important: After your enrolling site completes its participation in the trial, all long-term research follow-up will be managed centrally by Stanford University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Your regular medical care continues with your own provider. This will be explained fully during the consent process.
